Hurley Farms Red Raspberry Vinaigrette
and Candied Walnut Spinach Salad

  • 1/2 lb spinach leaves washed and torn into pieces
  • 2 eggs hard boiled
  • 6 bacon slices fried and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup Hurley Farms walnuts

Combine ingredients into bowl
drizzle raspberry vinaigrette over the salad
toss and serve


Assorted Greens and Pear Salad

  • 5 cups mixed greens
  • 1/3 cup Hurley farms olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 Bartlett pears or anjou
  • 1/4 cup Hurley farms walnuts
  • fresh pepper
  • 6 oz Gorgonzola cheese

Winter Pear Salad

  • 5 cups washed and torn mixed salad greens
  • 6 oz cheese (Gorgonzola or Stilton) or your favorite cheese
  • 2 Bartlett pears
  • 1/2 cup Hurley farms walnuts
  • 1/3 cup Hurley farms olive oil
  • 1 1/2 cups Hurley farms pear vinegar
  • 4 tbsp honey for sweetness
  • salt and pepper to taste

Cut pears into 1/2 inch pieces. Mix oil, vinegar, honey salt and pepper in a cup and whisk. Drizzle over salad greens and pears, garnish with walnuts.
