Apricot Glazed Ham
This ham is perfect for any holiday gathering or picnic.
I have made this ham many times. It is our Easter staple.
- 1 ham 3 to 4 lbs. (smoked optional)
- 1 jar Hurley farms apricot jam
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1/4 cup honey we like Marshall’s farm honey from Napa valley
Place ham in roasting pan. cover with apricot jam, seasoning, and
honey. bake at suggested instruction. slice and garnish with fresh apricots.
If available and butter lettuce leaves.
